After the procedure, you will need to be monitored in the office for about an hour.

A follow-up appointment is required three weeks after the procedure.
Upon arrival, you will complete a patient record. To save time, you can fill out this form in the privacy of your home and bring it to your appointment.
We will perform basic lab work to determine your blood type, including the Rh factor.
You will meet with our doctor, who will conduct an ultrasound exam to determine the length of your pregnancy. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the surgical abortion procedure.
A dedicated counselor will speak with you privately to explain the procedure, what to expect afterward, and discuss future birth control options. This counseling is conducted one-on-one, ensuring you have the freedom to discuss any concerns or issues related to the abortion.

Abortion fees are due when services are rendered. Please contact the office nearest to you to confirm the fees. The cost of surgical procedures in the first trimester typically ranges between $380 and $480. Fees cover all services related to the abortion procedure, including ultrasound, blood work, counseling, examination, and the abortion itself.

If you wish to use insurance or medical assistance, please provide our office with your insurance information at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for coverage verification. Insurance is accepted for abortion services with prior verification.
